And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear but let not God speak with us, lest we die (Exodus 2019).
The Bible tells us the whole event was so terrifying that even Moses said, "I exceedingly fear and quake" (Hebrews 1221). So it's no surprise when God spoke again at the Mount of Transfiguration, men were terrified.
And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid (Matthew 176).
With Christ's face shining as bright as the sun; with His clothing as white as the light- the Father descended in a bright cloud and uttered those three powerful statements This is my beloved Son; I'm well pleased with Him; listen to Him.
This Bible study on the teachings of Jesus is born out of those authoritative words "hear ye Him." These words were spoken not to cause men to tremble, but because God wants to see all His dear children saved. The Holy Scriptures are clear, it is Jesus that has "the words of eternal life" (John 668).

This was an excellent book. I personally loved the individual chapters. You were able to honestly study each chapter. I love the chapter of Paul, and the Sower of the Seeds. There are plenty of things that sparked my attention. I am more aware of how to read the Bible passages now. You will get a lot out of this book.Product details
